Knicks Holiday Surprises 2017
As part of the Season of Giving, the New York Knicks surprised many Garden of Dreams children, teens, and families to spread holiday cheer this month! New York Knicks players Enes Kanter, Doug McDermott, and Ramon Sessions delivered toys and shared many laughs with children at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital in Westchester. Later that afternoon, Knicks players Michael Beasley, Damyean Dotson, and Joakim Noah joined teens from Covenant House to help coach their fantasy basketball game. Before the game, the players handed out brand new basketball sneakers and Knicks swag.

Garden of Dreams Week: Rangers ‘Garden of Dreams Night’
On Monday December 11, Garden of Dreams took over the Garden during the Rangers game! Garden of Dreams children participated in various in-game elements including ceremonial puck drop, National Anthem, honorary player, and more!

Garden of Dreams, New York Knicks players Frank Ntilikina and Damyean Dotson, and MSG Networks' Jill Martin surprised 10 children from Garden of Dreams partner organization, WHEDco, with holiday gifts at the Rockefeller Center Tree! Afterwards, the group enjoyed hot chocolate, macaroons and lots of laughs at Bouchon Bakery!

On Sunday, December 10, Garden of Dreams Week 2017 kicked off with 'Garden of Dreams Night' at the New York Knicks game! Participating in numerous game elements, Garden of Dreams children had many opportunities including to sing the National Anthem, deliver the official game ball, guest DJ, and act as honorary ball kids. Two Garden of Dreams teens had extra special experiences when they acted as Honorary Coach and Honorary Knicks player!

New York Rangers and Garden of Dreams hosted their annual holiday dinner at National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey for 250 children and families from the Department of Homeless Services. Catered by TAO, the delicious meals were served by Rangers players Brady Skjei, Boo Nieves, and Rangers alum Ron Greschner. After dinner, the children and families enjoyed the interactive, three-dimensional underwater excursion as well as music and dancing.
