Knicks Halloween Event at Lyndhurst Mansion
On October 26th, the New York Knicks and Garden of Dreams hosted 50 children from Garden of Dreams partner organization SCAN, Supporting Children’s Advocacy Network, at the Lyndhurst Mansion in Tarrytown, New York. When they arrived, the kids had a pizza party where they played the board game, Clue, dressed up in Halloween costumes, and danced with their friends. The kids were then surprised by Knicks player Ramon Sessions and Knicks alum Larry Johnson, who accompanied the children on the tour of the hauntedmansion. Based off the board game Clue, the kids were tasked with solving a fictitious murder mystery, where each room had a different suspect. The kids were given various clues throughout the tour and when it concluded, the children, Sessions, and Johnson had to solve the mystery and guess who was responsible. With lots of laughs, some scares, and many smiles, the children from SCAN had a spooktacular Halloween!
