Wall of dreams

As the New York Rangers made their exciting playoff push this spring, 50 Garden of Dreams young people from our partners New York Edge and NYC Department of Homeless Services attended a private hour-long experience at the Rangers Fan Zone prior to Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. 

In the exciting Fan Zone, our young fans and families were able to experience a range of activities which included face painting, spray-on temporary tattoos, slap shot shooting games, table hockey, NHL 22 video games, and photo opportunities! Throughout the hour, the young people were heard laughing, cheering, and yelling in excitement while enjoying the various stations.

As the hour of fun began to wrap up, the experience wasn’t over yet! As each person exited the FanZone, they were surprised with a special Garden of Dreams and New York Rangers gift bag filled with Rangers gear, an exclusive Rangers playoff t-shirt with the memorable playoff slogan #NoQuitNY, and a to-go lunch.

A special thanks to the New York Rangers for allowing our Garden of Dreams young people to have a private hour in the Fan Zone. We are confident it gave the team an extra push during the playoffs!
