In celebration of Read Across America Day, sixty Garden of Dreams children from partner Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation traveled to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. Vinnie, from partner Make-A-Wish New Jersey, fulfilled his wish by getting to skate with his favorite player, Mats Zuccarello. Vinnie and his family arrived to the Rangers Training Center to watch his favorite player and team practice for their upcoming game. After practice, Vinnie joined Zuccarello and some of the other Rangers on the ice. Vinnie challenged Zuccarello to a race...almost beating him! The group then took a tour of the locker room at the Training Facility and Zuccarello presented Vinnie with a personalized Rangers jersey. Eric’s Wish

Eric from Make-A-Wish New York fulfilled his wish when he met his favorite basketball player, Kristaps Porzingis. As part of his wish experience, Eric met Kristaps Porzingis and the rest of the New York Knicks when he attended the Knicks Bowl with his family. They spent the whole night bowling and mingling with the players.
The next day, Eric and his family were invited to come to The Garden to watch the Knicks take on Chicago. Before the game, Eric watched his team warm up court side, where several of the players welcomed their new friend, Eric.
